Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Elite Production retains all preliminary concepts, drafts, and raw files. Upon final payment, the client is granted the necessary licenses and ownership rights to the final delivered product as specified in the project agreement. Elite Production reserves the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
All fees are clearly outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Standard payment terms require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or at agreed-upon milestones. Late payments may incur additional fees. All international transactions must cover applicable conversion and transfer fees.
We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the client's timely submission of required materials and feedback. Elite Production is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds, as detailed in your project proposal. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Due to the custom nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced, except at our sole discretion.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation by the client, Elite Production will retain the initial deposit and invoice for any work completed beyond the deposit value up to the date of cancellation.
Our website and projects may utilize third-party services, plugins, or software. We are not responsible for the functionality, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party entities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Production and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services or website.
Our services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific marketing or SEO outcomes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal, recognizing our international operational capacity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms & Conditions.
